We developed JobTreffer in cooperation with the University of Vienna / Department of Work and Organisational Psychology. It is based on several scientific studies that confirm that JobTreffer accurately and reliably refers to important topics for the initial interview. Furthermore, we are committed to continuous development on a scientific basis.
Does the membership renew automatically?
No, but you can always switch to "automatic renewal" in the settings.
I need multiple accounts for the same company, does it cost extra?
No, with JobTreffer there is a fixed price, no matter how many of your colleagues work with the tool.
Is my data and that of our applicants secure?
We take data protection seriously and naturally comply with the DSGVO.
We are a large HR team, can my colleagues also work with the tool?
Yes. The size of the HR team is not relevant.
Is the "JobTreffer" tool a separate software that you have to install?
No, "JobTreffer" can be used on any computer or tablet because it is web-based.
How can "JobTreffer" prevent prejudices in recruiting?
With JobTreffer we focus on the fit between employer and employee. Thus, name, gender, origin, age, religion are not relevant for the evaluation of whether one is offered an interview or not.
Does "JobTreffer" also involve the use of artificial intelligence?
No. We trust human intelligence and want to support people through JobTreffer to have a genuine conversation at eye level between employers and applicants. Our motto is: Love people, use things. The opposite does not work.
Does only the employer see the matching results, or do the applicants also get to see them?
Of course, both get to see the results. This is the only way to conduct job interviews at eye level.
As an employer, I worry about not getting enough applicants due to poor fit.
