Our team, led by the renowned occupational psychologist Univ. Lekt. Mag. Dr. Bardia Monshi, conducted several studies together with the University of Vienna to develop a scientifically based procedure for better initial interviews in recruiting.
We pursue the following goals with our research:
- Comprehensive view of expectations regarding culture-, leader-, team-, task- and role-fit considering the perspectives of employers and employees
- Instead of personality traits we focus on expectations regarding the framework conditions of cooperation, which are relatively stable factors.
- Our goal is the sound preparation of a dialog at eye level during the initial interview in recruitment
- We dispense with artificial intelligence and increase human intelligence with an interview guide based on insights from occupational psychology for increased quality in the interview process
- We are building an IT structure that prevents gender, age, and name bias for the initial invitation, ensuring more fairness.
The goal is for employers and applicants to meet at eye level and talk openly about their mutual expectations. In this way, we reduce early fluctuations, use the initial interview to establish a genuine communication culture, and promote employee rentention from the first moment on.
